You can request a return or replacement within 10 days of receiving your order if:
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
You received the wrong item
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Include your order ID, reason for return, and product photos if applicable
Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Custom orders, used products, or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
